CA Harminder Flora
B.COM., FCA, DISA
CA. Harmindar Flora is fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India with 31 years standing in the profession. He has more than three decades of diverse experience in Operations and Process Audits of Large Corporates and Foreign Banks. He has handled team strength of more than 60 people under him across various audits in all over India. He has also carried out Financial Investigations and Monitoring Audits of Sick and Weak units on behalf of various Financial Institutions. Currently, he is engaged as a Consultant CFO with various companies where he handles Financial Planning and Management, Budgeting and Forecasting, Overseeing Financial Reporting, Client Interaction Meetings, Client Development Meetings, and providing strategic recommendations to the executives.
CA. Aditya Zantye is a Fellow Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a qualified Chartered Accountant since January 2015. He specializes in the area of RERA Consultation & Compliances, Bank Audits, Tax Audits, Project Accounting, Assurance & Advisory Services, Outsourced Accounting and Corporate Law services. He has significant experience supporting companies with complex accounting matters under various financial reporting frameworks including IGAAP and advising on wide range of corporate tax issues. He has handled assignments of Statutory Audit and representation before MAHARERA Authorities for major Real Estate Group engaged in SRA and Affordable Housing Sector with 100 % success ratio.
Ever since qualifying, Aditya has been largely interested in Information Technology and accordingly specializes in IT solutions, which vary from system implementation to review to developing customized solutions for the clients. He has been regular faculty in Advance ITT focusing on ERP & Tally ERP 9 at ICAI Branches for CA Students & Young Chartered Accountants.
CA. Dattatray Bhanage is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2013. He has handled various assignments in the area of Statutory Audits, Financial Audits, Financial Due Diligence, Direct Taxation, Tax Litigations, DRT-NCLT Matters, International Taxation, SAP implementation, RERA Compliances, US Corporate Book Keeping for more than 12 Years. He is currently providing services as a Lead Tax Advisor and Consultant to Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (BMC) for Income Tax and TDS related matters. He has an expertise in comprehensive business advisory to SEZ, EOU units, semi-government institutions.
CA. Omkar Dumbre is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a qualified Chartered Accountant since January 2016. He specializes in the area of Risk Advisory Services and Virtual CFO services. He has worked on Internal audit, Information System Audits, Process audit, Retail Bank Audits, Custody Audits, DP Audits, Regulatory Audit, and Concurrent audit assignments for various entities. In past, before practicing as a Chartered Accountant, He was associated with Citicorp Services India Pvt. Ltd (Citigroup Entity) as Financial Analyst- Assistant Manager in the profile of Financial Planning and Analysis for Private Banking business.
CA. Rahul Awate is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a qualified Chartered Accountant since January 2016. He holds subject matter expertise in Accounting & Assurance services. He has handled assignments of Industrial Accounting, Internal audit, NSDL-CDSL Regulatory Audit, Bank Branch Audits and MF NAV Verification of various entities.
He also has experience in assignments related to Direct and Indirect Tax compliances, Project Finance, Account Finalisation. He has been a catalyst in driving SS&C GlobeOp Financial Services India Pvt. Ltd. towards success in the position of a Senior Associate – Fund Accounting with before joining us.
CA. Siddhesh Karne is a member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India since 2017. He has handled Internal Control and Review, Operation audit, Statutory Audit, Tax Audits, GST Audits, Project Finance for various entities from emerging sectors like Engineering, Manufacturing, Civil Contracting, Industrial Chemicals, perfumeries etc. He also possesses experience in handling Transfer Pricing Advisory & Structuring, tax compliances and assessments and has helped SME's & Startups corporatize themselves by providing services relating to incorporation and compliance as per The Companies Act 2013. Before practicing as a Chartered Accountant, he held the position of a credit manager (Mortgage Products) with ICICI Bank Ltd.
A qualified Chartered Accountant who completed CA in November 2018 and has since been actively engaged in practice, specializing in Risk Advisory Services, CFO Services, Transaction Audit & Advisory, and Taxation, covering both Direct and Indirect taxes. With expertise in Internal Audit, Statutory Audit, and Financial Analysis, he has spent over five years helping businesses streamline their financial processes. His deep understanding of financial planning and risk management ensures compliance, transparency, and efficiency in business operations.
